Payment conditions and cancellation

  1. The booking is finished when you make a down payment of 50% of the costs of your stay. The payment should be made on the account: PLN – ING BANK ŚLĄSKI 09 1050 1298 1000 0023 0703 090; it should be made 14 days before starting date.
  2. Payment after the service can be made by card, cash or bank transfer [after sending documents: NIP (taxpayer identification number), REGON (National Business Register) and KRS (National Court Register) / Entry into the Business Activity Register].
  3. Booking cancellation should be made in writing.
  4. Booking cancellation till 7 days prior starting date – 50% refund of down payment.
  5. Booking cancellation in shorter time than 7 days prior starting date – no refund of down payment.
  6. All changes or reduction of booking in shorter time than 7 days prior starting date are connected with 100% payment for unused booking.
