Classical Massage

Classic massage is a group of certain grips, which mechanically act on the skin, subcutaneous tissue, muscles, joint capsules and ligaments, as well as changes in the cardiovascular, nervous and endocrine systems and internal organs. This massage can be used as one of the methods of physiotherapy of internal and external physical illness symptoms, and in many cases also the causes. But the goal of the massage is not only massage therapy / rehabilitation, but also prevention.

Depending on your needs, it can be done in the form of full or partial massage. It is performed directly on the body of a massaged person by means of oil, talcum powder or cream. Massage relieves pain, improves the nutrition of tissues, regenerate muscles, regulates muscle tension, increase flexibility and elasticity of the muscles, reduces body fat, increases metabolism, activates the flow of blood and lymph. Regular use of massage improves the mood, corrects existing bone changes and after massage we feel less tension in the spine, back and neck.
